All Aboard the sleepbus®

Simon Rowe, inspired by his own experiences of homelessness, founded sleepbus® to provide safe, temporary overnight accommodations for Australia’s homeless population. With over 8,000 people sleeping rough nightly, sleepbus® offers a dignified solution.

  • Innovative Shelter: Each Sleepbus features 20 secure, climate-controlled pods, complete with a television and service access. Special buses cater to women and children, ensuring vulnerable demographics are cared for.
  • Comprehensive Facilities: The buses provide not just a sleeping space but also essential services including toilets, secure storage, and facilities for pets, recognizing the diverse needs of those it serves.
  • Community Impact: sleepbus® has expanded its fleet across Australia, powered by community funding and support. The organization continues to grow, reflecting the critical need for its services.

Supporting sleepbus® aligns with broader community goals of improving health and safety for the homeless. For those looking to contribute, more information is available at www.sleepbus.org/contact.
